Refunds are typically processed within 3-10 business days through the original payment method. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Once the initial 7 days of service have passed, refunds are not available. By registering with Trend Torch Club, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all charges incurred based on your chosen plan and our policies. To maintain fairness for all clients, no exceptions to this policy are granted.
2. Cancellation
To cancel your subscription to Trend Torch Club, you need to complete the cancellation form before your next bill date. Contact us for more information about the form. This will prevent further charges.
You have the flexibility to either allow our services to continue until the conclusion of your billing cycle or opt for immediate cancellation. Please be advised that we do not issue prorated refunds for cancellations made before the end of the current paid period.
3. Failed Charges
In the event that Trend Torch Club encounters difficulties processing payment with your registered credit card, you will be granted a 5-day grace period to update your billing details. Failure to do so within this timeframe will lead to automatic termination of your account.
Accounts that have been terminated due to payment failure may be reinstated upon updating valid payment information. Successful charging of the card for all debits made on the account since the initial failed charge is required for reactivation.
